This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made to GMBify for digital marketing, Google Business Profile, Local SEO, website development, and related services. By making a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are valid only within a maximum of 48 hours from the date and time of payment.
- Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- The 48-hour window applies to all services, plans, and packages.
- Refunds are subject to verification and approval by GMBify.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- If service work has already started (including profile setup, verification, SEO work, or design).
- If third-party costs have been incurred (Google Ads, domain, hosting, tools, or software).
- If delays occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- If the client changes their mind after service initiation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
- Cancellation does not guarantee a refund if work has already commenced.
- Ongoing or subscription-based services are non-cancellable once started.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or bank processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.
