1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are valid only within a maximum of 48 hours from the date and time of payment.

• Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The 48-hour window applies to all services, plans, and packages.
• Refunds are subject to verification and approval by Digital Mitra India.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• If service work has already started (including profile setup, verification, SEO work, or design).
• If third-party costs have been incurred (Google Ads, domain, hosting, tools, or software).
• If delays occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
• If the client changes their mind after service initiation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
• Cancellation does not guarantee a refund if work has already commenced.
• Ongoing or subscription-based services are non-cancellable once started.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Payment gateway or bank processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.
